Cocktails overlooking Camel Estuary at Greens

It feels so good to be back, and to welcome all our lovely customers through the doors once again. Every window has been thrown open wide and that salty sea air that everyone has missed so much is reaching each corner of our restaurant overlooking the estuary.

We’ve been enjoying coffee fixes in the morning sunshine on the terrace, fresh and tasty lunches after a session of mini golf and evening meals over candlelight with loved ones, plus, Happy Hour is back! We could no longer deprive the people of Padstow the delicious cocktails that our girls expertly mix up – and every evening this summer we will be serving 2 cocktails for £13, to be enjoyed estuary-side as the light turns golden and the water begins to sparkle.

White Rye

If you fancy a classic cocktail in Padstow, whilst soaking up the best view in town, we’d recommend one of our favourites; a simple White Rye consisting of Bacardi rum, Cointreau, lime and sugar.

Pink Lady

If you like your gin, our talented team can whip you up a Pink Lady bursting with Tanqueray gin, raspberry liqueur, sugar and lemon juice. These go down exceptionally well on those hot, sunny, lazy afternoons in August as the sun starts to sink a little lower.

Green’s is proud to be one of very few places in Padstow and the surrounding area that serve a glorious selection of cocktails, many of which featuring locally distilled liqueurs and spirits. Our zingy Marmajito is made with Salcombe gin from south Devon, marmalade, lemon and elderflower tonic.

Hugo Spritz

For a fresh, summery vibe you can’t beat a Hugo Spritz; elderflower liqueur, mint, lime and prosecco. Fresh and fruity bubbles in the sun? Yes please.

Rhubarb Moscow Mule

If you like your classic cocktails, we also offer a quirky twist on a staple; our Rhubarb Moscow Mule is a mix of Black Cow vodka, rhubarb liqueur, lime juice and ginger beer.

Espresso Martini

Everyone’s favourite when out on the town, our Espresso Martini’s are made from Absolut vanilla vodka, Kahlua and hand roasted Cornish espresso, bringing together a mix of flavours from all over the world.

Of course, all our cocktails can be enjoyed throughout the day – just because it’s not Happy Hour doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a glass of something special over lunch! Our ever evolving menus mean you’ll be spoilt for choice, so make sure you ask one of our team if there’s been any new additions or specials added. Cheers!
